About our quality of food:

We cook all our foods with only Olive oil and we use Canola oil for frying. We never reuse fried oil. We don't use preservatives, excess fat or MSG.

We want our customers to be healthy and continue to enjoy good food and good health always and forever! 

Rates for Catering Services:

We offer daily pick up and delivery services including party orders. Taxes apply.

The daily ordering details are given below:

You can order food in 2 types of containers 16 or 32 oz (Pavel Yogurt size) containers. 16oz ranges from $10-$12, its serves 2 people or 2 times and 32 oz ranges from $20-$22 which serves 4 people or 4 times depending on what your order. Taxes extra.

However, things like Pavakkai (karela or Bitter melon), Kothavarangai (Guvar beans), Kovakkai, Avarakkai (Hyacinth beans), Vendakkai (Okra) will cost more depending  upon the current rate in the market and availability.

The rate for Rotis are 2 for $1 and you have to order the previous day to pick up the next day.  The rates for Parathas plain is $1 each and any type of filled Paratha of your choice is $1.50 each and it has to be a min.of 6 nos. Puran poli/Bholi's are $2.50 each.

We request you to order atleast a day in advance for regular weekday orders and atleast 3-4 days prior or a week in advance for weekend orders.

Delivery charges apply depending on the distance. Taxes apply for all orders.

Thali plate (Party orders only, min.10 people):(For all packages one kind of rice item is a must)

1)The basic package starts with $12 per plate and you will get 5 items of your choice and atleast one item should be some kind of rice variety. We undertake party orders over 12 people and more. Lesser than that you will have to order in individual containers.

2) $15 per plate gives you 7 items per plate.  

3) For $20 per plate you will get a full fledged 'Sadhya' or 'Kalayana sapadu' or 'Wedding Thali' with 10 items per plate and here too atleast one has to be a rice item.  For this package we undertake orders with a min of 25 people or more. Taxes extra.

'Popular party plate' -$10 a plate min.15 people (Fixed menu)

South Indian: Bisibelebath, Potato kara curry, Avial, Curd rice w pickles & Semia Payasam.

North Indian:  Roti, Mattar paneer, Dal fry, Veg Pulav w raita & Gulab Jamun.

Rates for Cooking classes:

$50 per person and max. up to 5 people.  One on one classes rates may vary depending on the dishes you want to learn.  These classes will be conducted in your house or your choice of location.

Apart from the regular everyday pick up service, delivery service and party orders we also specialize in Regional wedding thalis. We have South Indian thali (Kerala thali, Tamil Nadu thali,  Andhra Thali and Kannadiga Thali), North Indian Thali (Punjabi & Rajasthani), Gujarathi Thali..etc...All thalis start from $20 per plate and have 10 dishes or more...  We also provide the newly married with a surprise gift, to go boxes for the bride and groom's family for flights etc..
